We are in a continual state of renewal, every moment of every day our cells dying and becoming renewed. So we experience little deaths every day. Life and growth is such a huge miracle. Our energy self creates a body to experience the world. We engage with every atom that is within the sphere of our individual worlds. To gain from this wonder we need to change the placement of our individual world so that we gain the most from our surroundings. When your are around positivity you gain that energy, when you surround yourself with nature you gain that energy. When things are not going well for you, your imperative is to change your individual world, that is the only thing you have power to do.
