Here SHE is my April Goddess carved/shaped driftwood "Primordial Birth" I know she is slightly alien looking she came from the sea onto the land to give birth to oxygen breathing progeny.
From Yoruba, Africa. Yemaya is the Goddess of the Sea from whom all the other gods and humans come. She is very caring and protective. Yemaya symbolizes the Ocean of Life and Assessu is the Gushing Spring. Visualize the two uniting -- the river flowing into the sea -- the flow of consciousness meeting the ocean of Universal Being.
