My good thought today relates to a poem I wrote back in 2015 Become
Within our world are forces that are designed to bring people down. Their raison d’etre is to reduce individual’s power. This is done through an economic base that is powered by people being dissatisfied with who they are. It is achieved by getting individuals to compare, judge, criticise and to reject both themselves and others. To overcome this force you must become the best you can be.

In becoming who you are
Do not hide the fire in your soul
Under a mantle of smallness
You have been forever, eternal
You are present in the now, being
You will be in the far distant future, infinite
Your grace flows endlessly through you
You are a powerful natural force
