Your thoughts: they are your most intimate freedom and your most pernicious enemy. The number of thoughts that you have is infinite. To some, thoughts are like an unruly animal requiring rigorous control, to keep them in check. Whereas, to others they are like floating dreams, they reach out and touch some thoughts engaging with the ideas and let other thoughts float by.
The issue, I think, is continually engaging with your thoughts, believing that your thoughts are real. Thoughts do not have any validity until you make them real.
You are the author of the story of your life, you create your reality by the thoughts that you chose the flesh out. But every day you have the opportunity to change your story. The question is; Will You?
