This is not about being young in age, it is about opening your heart to love. For some people Young Heart Journey will begin at a late chronological age, when they begin to understand how locked down they have become within their heart.
Even though you use the words, you say you love your partner, your children, your friends and family. How connected to these words are you? How much of the essential you, is locked away from these people you love? How much pain, disappointment, loss, and disaffection are you hiding? How much have you had to give away of that brightness inside you? You are a conduit for the universe to express love. To express this love you have to be true to yourself and open your heart. You cannot be true to yourself when your heart is closed.
The space between the inner and the outer you is where your Young Heart Journey will take place. How close are the worlds you live in, the world inside your head and heart and the external world you interact within every day. The closer these world are, the less of a journey you will have to take, the wider the distance between inner and outer, the greater the journey.
Opening your heart is about being true to yourself, when you accept and connect to your essential self you clear the blockages and allow the universe to express love through you. This is your Young Heart Journey.
