Recently I completed Shaman- Sight Beyond Sight and this got me thinking about how we all gather different input from the world around us. Human actually See Through The Glass Darkly. The aperture through which we experience the world is very narrow. Many animals hear at greater frequencies, they see in wider ranges and have a greater sense of smell than humans and we accept that animals differ from us but we often do not seem to be able to accept that some people differ. That some people see, hear and sense things that we may not; because we do not experience what they experience does it make those who see wrong?

There are hundreds of paths up the mountain, all leading to the same place, so it doesn’t matter which path you take. The only person wasting time is the one who runs around the mountain, telling everyone his or her path is wrong. Hindu proverb

Science and religion are two pillars of the world that have a lot to answer to in relation to judgement. Science ; with the concept that everything can be broken down to it component parts and explained away and religion with the jealous god “you will worship no other but me” idea the creates a belief that everyone else must believe in your god.

Judge not. If a person does no harm to self, or the any other living being through their beliefs and the actions coming from those beliefs, no-one has any right to judge that person’s way of living their life. And it is their life, their choice not anyone else’s.

Always remember that although our lives may connect at certain points your life and my life are not the same life. What we each see through that narrow aperture is vastly different.
