Today the mantra I am working with is the "Liberation" mantra. This mantra opens your soul to the world around and you recognise that you are an intricate and essential part to the of our world's living grace, as is every other living being.
Aurora is curled up against me as I chant this mantra, she raises her head and leans into me, together we are part of the whole.
Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya
Om is the name of that inside of me which is aware of the oneness of all things
