I love getting older. My understanding deepens. I can see what connects. I can weave stories of experience and apply them. I can integrate the lessons. Things simply become more and more fascinating. Beauty reveals itself in thousands of forms. – Victoria Erickson
I have reached day 30 of my gratitude journey. I have enjoyed the time of reflection, of contemplating different aspect of myself and my environment and sharing them with you. I have reached out to the universe with a loud and continuing THANK YOU over these 30 days. That gratitude has returned to me in many ways.
This month was a reinforcement of my life, my understanding, my beliefs and the way I live on a day to day basis. Nothing I explored or expressed during these 30 days was new to me. I have been on this journey for more than 30 years and will continue on this journey until I move into the next turn in the spiral of life.

I am blessed with the life I have chosen to live, it doesn’t mean I don’t get grumpy, moan about things or have bad habits or take several steps backwards in my journey some days.
It does mean that every day I look for beauty around me, every day I take pleasure in the simple things that I surround myself with, every day I turn my mood around through my own actions and choices. I am the creator of the life I live and sometimes that requires me to work at it: my life, my choice.
Thank you for sharing this journey over the last 30 days.
Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. Denis Waitley
