Late entry and only a short post today as I am on a mission. To get the basement cleaned up and a planting table set up for me do my seedlings and manage all the cuttings I am taking from various plants in the garden.
Started the day on a pure note Citrus White Tea in my Parlour Lace white cups with poached eggs an a piece of marmalade toast a lovely light start to a busy day. I am typing this up while I take a break from basement cleaning and Serida is twisting and turning in between my arms trying to find the perfect spot and getting in the way of the screen. The weather is still holding fine, Autumn has shaken her shirts out and the leaves are falling but Summer is still awake and sharing her warmth. I would really like a few days of steady rain, what we have been getting is still so intermittent that I still have to water the gardens ant the cicadas are still singing a very loud chorus.
I am still managing to walk to work 3 days per week, I am thinking of getting a rebounder for those days in winter when don’t manage to walk. I came put it down in my cleaned basement room. Also want to get into the veggie garden and clean it up and plant a few winter veges.
As the seasons change and my world turns to the sleeping time I take on board the eternal Rumi.
